Happy New Years everyone!
I hope you all rang in the new year with some serious style!! I absolutely loved 2012, it brought a lot of fun things for me, most notably marrying my best friend and working on my first cookbook, but I’m seriously excited for 2013. Alright, now let’s get down to business. I know the new year typically brings a lot of “healthy eating” resolutions and I’m 100% all about that right now. Those smoothies look incredible. I adore morning smoothies as my breakfast and usually add spinach because of the mild flavor. I should try kale and see how I enjoy it. Happy New Year!
Spinach smoothies are sooo good! Pack in those veggies and you get a fun bright green color!
I’m going go try to drink more smoothies this year! It’s such a great way to get in your servings of fruits and veggies!
I know me too!! It’s so easy to throw fruits and veggies in and then you’re good to go!
