This week we had to move pizza night to Wednesday because we went out for St. Patty’s Day dinner and had a fabulous Irish meal which consisted of upside down Shepard’s Pie – yummmm
Here is what you need for the fabulous spicy cholula chicken pizza…
Spicy Chicken Cholula Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- pizza sauce
- 1 cup of sauteed chicken breast
- 1/4 cup of cholula sauce
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced red onions
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- paprika for dusting on top
Instructions
- Saute the chicken in a small saute pan and add the cholula sauce. Then get ready to assemble the pizza - start with the dough, then the sauce and the pizza, onions, garlic and chicken. Dust the top of the pizza with paprika. Place the pizza in the oven for about 12 minutes and then remove. Season with some extra salt and pepper and serve!
Gaby- This sounds fantastic. I am glad we all get to benefit form your skills:)
Your pizza looks great! We love pizza nights too!
Wait, what is cholula? Are we the only ones who don’t know?
Still looks tasty!
Don’t worry, Duo! I also have to ask what cholulo sauce is (looks good). We had to move Pizza Night Thursday to this Saturday – we had a lot of corned beef and cabbage left over from St. Pat’s! Can’t do it tonight – Lent=no meat, but we’re craving some Italian sausage.
Girl, another winning pizza!!!! Keep em comin’!
