OMG you guys!!! Big news to share today! The What’s Gaby Cooking collection just got bigger and better and we’ve got things to celebrate!

First – it’s back!!

A few of the seasonings have been out of stock for a hot second because we sold out but I’m happy to say they are all back in action! Fully stocked online and in stores!

Second – it’s EXPANDING!!

We’ve added new products / pantry staples to the line and I can’t WAIT to see what you guys make with this! Here’s the line up:

BBQ Bestie – Take grilling to new heights with this barbecue seasoning! Use the salty, sweet, spicy blend in marinades or sprinkle it on poultry, steak, burgers or vegetables before grilling to add delicious depth and irresistible flavor

Lemon Pepper Parmesan Seasoning – this savory citrus seasoning blends the tart-sweet tang of Meyer lemons with umami-rich Parmesan cheese, kosher salt, pepper, garlic and oregano. Just a sprinkle adds delicious depth to everything from pasta and pizza to grilled vegetables, eggs, casseroles and mashed potatoes.

Roasted Red Pepper Everything Sauce – handcrafted in small batches, beginning with roasted red bell peppers, artichoke hearts and San Marzano tomatoes. For authentic Italian flavor, it’s finished with basil, red chiles and a splash of red wine vinegar. Stir the versatile sauce into pasta, use it as a sauce for homemade pizzas, slather it on top of your favorite protein, use it to braise chicken, mix it into your favorite grain bowl, you name it!!

Four Cheese Tomato Everything Sauce – this sauce begins with ripe, juicy San Marzano tomatoes and it’s finished with a blend of ricotta, Parmesan, Asiago and Romano cheese, highlighted with classic Mediterranean spices. Use it on pasta, use it as a sauce for homemade pizzas, slather it on top of your favorite protein, make a batch of chicken meatballs or chicken parmesan…

Butternut Squash Pancetta Everything Sauce – The sauce is handcrafted in small batches, beginning with a classic Italian sofritto of carrots, onions, celery and sage. It’s finished with fresh cream, wood-smoked pancetta, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and a touch of pure honey. Use it on pasta, use it as a sauce for homemade pizzas (truly life altering), slather it on top of your favorite protein, mix it into your favorite grain bowl and/or drizzle some on top of veggies!

Tastes Like Pizza – it’s a seasoning that literally TASTES LIKE PIZZA. I can’t even!!! I’m fully obsessed. It goes great on vegetables, eggs, roasted chicken, grilled steak, garlic bread I mean you name it… skies the limit.  It’s perfect. And it really does taste like pizza.

All Things Egg – these will make you the ultimate eggs and take your favorite egg dishes to delicious new heights!!  Sprinkle the seasoning on fried eggs, poached eggs and hard-cooked eggs – or whisk it into beaten eggs, then scramble as desired! Use it in an omelette too!

Gimme Chimmi – is my fav seasoning blend inspired by all my time spend down in South America! Sprinkle it on everything from grilled steak and burgers to chicken and vegetables. It also helps create a great sauce, salad dressing or marinade! Also great on garlic bread or slathered on buttery naan.

This is Everything – which is my version of the everything bagel seasoning that I’m obsessed with. It’s better than anything else out there because we put some extra special love into developing it!! (read HOURS AND HOURS of testing!). I sprinkle it on avo toast, put it on my eggs, use it on potatoes… the works.

Gaby’s Go To – which is my go-to seasoning that I use on everything. Literally, EVERYTHING. I add it to salad dressing, I use it to season roasted vegetables, I put it on fish, use it for roasting chickpeas, I’ve tossed it into sauces… the works!

All Things Meat – which is the BEST for slathering on steak, adding to burgers, into empanadas, seasoning chicken or pork… you name it! You won’t need anything else ever again and just WAIT until you fire up the grill and use this one. OMG. It’s also incredible on roasted vegetables.

Taco, Fajita, Senorita – basically a one stop shop for any sort of Mexican seasoning you might need. Use it on tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, nachos, veggies, you name it. If you want a taco flavor… this is it!

All Things Seafood – an all purpose seafood blend that works on everything. Fish, shrimp, scallops, lobster, you name it!

Mini Rub Set You get 4 of the seasonings including the new Gimme Chimmi that is my fav Chimmichuri sauce in spice form. It’s great on every vegetable you can imagine, all sorts of protein like fish, chicken, steak, etc. It’s perfect on eggs. VERY multi-purpose!

Garlic Goodness – OMG!! The best olive oil infusion known to man. This Garlic Goodness situation can be drizzled on pasta, used to roast veggies, made into a salad dressing, used for dipping bread, literally the possibilities are endless! Also great as the base of a homemade pizza!

Mega Mediterranean – Tied for the best olive oil infusion – this one will make you feel like you live in the Mediterranean (on an island in the sunshine!) It’s another all purpose / multi use oil so use it for anything that need some oil and flavor!! Just add some red wine vinegar or champagne vinegar!

Tastes Like Pizza Oil – Drizzle pizzeria–inspired flavor on your favorite dishes with infused oil!!  Enjoy it on everything from pasta to pizza, in marinades and sauces, or as a tasty dip for fresh, crusty bread.

Chipotle Salsa, Tomatillo Salsa and Guacamole starter kit! Truly the best salsas out there! Use them with chips, in any of my recipes that call for salsa, as a marinade or as a sauce in a pasta bake. You’ll be obsessed.

Blood Orange Peach Spritz –  It’s a vibrant combination of peaches, blood oranges and lemons, highlighted by agave syrup for a hint of natural sweetness. For a brilliant cocktail, just add sparkling wine – or create a nonalcoholic refresher by pairing the blend with sparkling water

Strawberry Lemonade – It’s a bright combination of ripe strawberries and tangy lemons, highlighted by agave syrup for a hint of natural sweetness. For a vibrant cocktail, just add your favorite spirit – or create a nonalcoholic refresher by pairing it with sparkling mineral water.

Fire Roasted Bloody Mary – It’s been said to be the best Bloody Mary or Maria mix on the market! It’s a bold combination of fire-roasted tomatoes, cayenne pepper and garlic, highlighted by savory spices. For an uplifting cocktail, just add vodka or tequila, ice and your favorite garnish.

  4. I just saw u on Live with Kelly and Ryan…glad I found u…same passion…can’t wait to explore you more and check out your products!!! Keep going!!!

  5. I just got your Chimichurri seasoning two days ago,. When would you use this vs the taco seasoning (one of my faves)??

    1. you can use them interchangeably really – the only time I would stock with taco seasoning – is when you’re doing a Mexican or southwestern inspired recipe

  6. I
Bought the 2 olive oils and used them as the base for when I cook up chicken or beef. I also use your all meat things spice when I roast chicken thighs. Everyone loves it.

  7. All of the favorite seasonings sold out at Williams and Sonoma in Michigan within 200 miles. Any other place where spices can be bought. Site says they won’t ship.

    1. I lied – just got off the phone with them – with covid and all the shipping, they are shipping in sets of 2 otherwise the shipping prices become astronomical for the buyer!!
