This whole week is gonna be pretty clean because THIS one ate waaaaay too many cookies and over the weekend! Whatever…I’ll take it… here we go!
Sunday – Loaded Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad – one of my favorite dishes ever is happening for dinner.
Monday – Skillet Chipotle Enchilada Bake – just the tiniest indulgent but EASY to make because you just need 1 pot!!
Tuesday – Snap Pea Pasta is happening tonight!
Wednesday – Mexican Corn + Quinoa Salad
Thursday – Chicken Tawook Quinoa Bowls. Plus they’ll double for lunch the following day.
AND Bonus – Friday Dinner Party is gonna look like this grilled chicken!
Breakfast – acai bowls are happening on repeat and I’ll be loading them up with strawberries, bananas, kiwi, peaches or anything else I can get my hands on at the market!
Dessert – Banana Cream Pie Parfait!! There are bananas in it – it’s basically a healthy food 🙂
Yes, yes, yes! Everything looks fantastic for a great week ahead!!!!

I love these meal plans. It takes away the procrastination!
Ugh except I still have to grocery shop
Gabby, I love you and I love your blog. But I beg of you, stop calling it chicken tawook. Tavuk (v, btw) literally translates to chicken so what you’re saying is chicken chicken. You can call it chicken shish, or chicken kebabs, tavuk shish for fully accurate recipe name.
who knew!! all the restaurants in LA are clearly not in the know! thanks for the heads up! xx
I just wanted to let you know I love your site and your recipes. I have cooked many of your dishes (the skillet enchilada bake, the green monster salad, and chicken tacos- most recently) and look forward to what you will feature next. I even checked your book out from the library and made your guacamole. 🙂 My entire family thanks you.
omg thank you Amy!!! That just made my day! xoxo
It all looks amazing! Love your recipes. Most recent: Green Monster Salad! Where did you get the large serving/charcuterie board?
most are vintage from flea markets
BTW: forgot to add I am soooo hooked on the Calabrian Chile “anything”! For sure stepped up my Hummus game-Thank you!
