You guys. I’ve got a big exciting surprise for ya today! I made you a very special, extra cheesy, tomatillo salsa loaded poutine. I know. It’s decadent.
I know poutine is typically made with gravy and all that jazz, but I live in LA and there are still tomatillos at my farmers market! So I wanted to give this comforting dish a new spin. So I went ahead and fried up some french fries and then melted some cheese on top and topped it all off with a tomatillo avocado salsa sprinkled with chopped red onion and bacon.
I don’t know about you, but this just screams football food to me!So let’s talk about this blender for a hot second.
Have you guys ever used a Blendtec? It’s kinda a dream come true. It’s super powerful and it made this tomatillo avocado salsa in literally 16 seconds flat. I timed it. And I did NO prep work. Like I didn’t chop up any of the veggies really, and just threw everything into the blender and let it go to work. Brilliance. 16 seconds later I was ready to go!
If I had to go do my wedding registry all over again, this would be at the top of my list! I can’t even being to tell you how fast it makes my smoothies in the morning. Can you imagine how quickly it would make a blended margarita come spring time when it’s time to lay out by the pool. It’s going to be a whole new world 🙂

Well, this is hardly an original answer, but I love making smoothies (especially green smoothies!) and pureed vegetable soups.
My favorite thing to make in a smoothie is a banana peanut butter smoothie!
I like to make smoothies.
I have been making green smoothies to get more vegetables in my diet, so I would continue to make those and probably make different versions if I had a good blender like a Blendtec.

I’ve never had a blender, but I would love to make smoothies, hollandaise, and of course margaritas!
Smoothies but my blender has a heck of a time with frozen fruit!
I liked WGC on Facebook.
I’d like to make homemade almond butter because it’s healthier than the peanut butter found in stores with added sugar and preservatives.

I love to make all sorts of things in my blender. Mostly smoothies and salad dressing. Howeve,r I must say that I Hate making things that are thick because I hate stopping and scraping the sides. I have a fudge I think I’d make daily if it wasn’t such a pain. I’ve been sooo eyeballing the twister jar for thick blends.

My favorite thing to make in a blender is pasta sauce. What can go wrong when you put tomatoes in a blender or basil and pine nuts. I am making myself hungry just thinking about it.
I just joined twitter and tweeted. This blender made me join the twitter craze. It is just that good. I am following both Gaby and Blendtec.
