I’m convinced my new life motto should be… “anything involving a cheese board.” So this Spring Cheese Board + Greek Basil Dip is right up my alley!
Many things to discuss on this gorgeous weekend day! First – I’m PUMPED to be teaming up with Tillamook this month and helping them kick off their Tillamook Co-Op. I’ve been a Tillamook fan since I was literally 2 feet tall. My mom used to buy those giant Colby Jack loafs and my sister and I would PUT THAT THING DOWN! There wasn’t a single dinner when we didn’t find it appropriate to top it with cheese! And Tillamook always took the win!! Tillamook prides themselves on their commitment to providing families with the most consistent, best tasting, highest quality dairy products made in the most natural way possible and I’m absolutely one to vouch for that!
So before we get to this epic Spring Cheese Board + Greek Basil Dip that you should absolutely enjoy this weekend and every weekend from here on out, let’s talk about the Tillamook Co-Op that I’m 100% obsessed with! It’s a members only community that brings together all of the Tillamook fans and their passion for Dairy Done Right! It’s a 2-way conversation that brings us closer to the brand and lets us really get to know the Tillamook team. Also, there are special members ONLY chef dinners and events – I mean, hello!! On it!
Also… have you seen their new Dairy Done Right commercials?? Genius! The videography is a foodies dream! Hop on over to the Tillamook site to sign up for The Tillamook Co-Op – and if you’re LA local, you HAVE to come to their first event in May. I’ll be there, and you can bet I’ll be eating everything in sight!

Yep, I can totally put some their cheese away to-love their extra sharp cheddar.
Tillamook cheeses are the best. I’ve had a “thing” for them every since we visited their factory/store when I was about 9 years old. I could happily snack on everything on that board.
