Spring Cheese Board

Ingredients

For the Cheese Board

  • 1 loaf Tillamook sharp cheddar sliced
  • 1 loaf Tillamook colby jack sliced
  • 1 loaf Tillamook pepper jack sliced
  • 1 loaf Tillamook smoked black pepper white cheddar sliced
  • 1 loaf Tillamook habanero jack sliced
  • 1 loaf Tillamook Aged cheddar wheel sliced
  • 1 stick Tillamook Butter sprinkled with salt for the radishes
  • Thinly Sliced Prosciutto
  • Thinly Sliced Salami
  • Assorted Nuts
  • Radishes
  • Grapes
  • Marinated Artichokes
  • Crackers
  • Basil Yogurt Dip recipe below

For the Basil Yogurt Dip

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Tillamook Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon plus more if needed
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 3 tablespoons torn basil
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

For the Cheese Board

  • Arrange all the ingredients on a large platter and serve as needed.

For the Basil Yogurt Dip

  • In a large bowl, combine all the dip ingredients. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve alongside the cheese board
