Monday – This Loaded Sesame Ginger Salmon Salad got a LOT of attention last week when I posted on IG recently, so it’s no wonder it’s going on this weeks menu!

Tuesday – Taco Tuesday is happening again with Mahi Mahi Tacos! If you’re feeling crazy full from the weekend, swap the tortillas for lettuce wraps and go carb free.

  1. Yum! Thanks for all the brilliant suggestions. I usually just can’t think ahead about what to make for dinner, and you have solved all my problems!

  2. I just read your great article in Better Homes & Gardens. Congrats to a fellow California girl who loves to cook and entertain!!! Thanks for the fantastic blog!

  3. These recipes are so varied, fresh, and great for dinner/tea/supper, (whatever we Brits call our evening meal). We love eating salmon now. Served alone,it is underwhelming. Gnocchi is new to me,however, anything made from potatoes,is fine by me. Delicious.
There is a great balance between food types, which ensures eating is never boring.
We love our food in this family, and I’m always planning ahead.I love these weekly meal plans.

  4. Happy belated birthday Gaby!
Thanks for these recipes. They all look so delicious. I think I will make the Frittata and the Cochinita Pibil tacos!
    Have a great week
    Lucy
