Mango Avocado Salsa!! The perfect way to jazz up nachos, fish, steak, chicken, vegetables or anything else remotely related to those things 🙂

Mango Avocado Salsa from www.whatsgabycooking.com (@whatsgabycookin)

Last week someone on Instagram pointed out that I’ll basically look for an excuse to add guacamole or salsa to anything – and guess what… they were SO right! I think most every savory food could benefit from a great salsa or guac and this Mango Avocado Salsa is a mix of both of those and perfect for topping.

You could add it to nachos. Throw it on top of some tacos. Wrap it up in some lettuce wraps. Or just eat it with a spoon and call it a snack. I won’t judge!!

  1. This sounds great!

I usually mix mine with chopped strawberries, put it with some other sliced mixed fruit, cantaloupe, apples, etc.. I use it as a side with dinner if I’m short on vegetables.
    Makes a nice change.

I’ll give this version a trial.

    Have a Joyful Day :~D
