It’s time. Hangover Nachos.
They are one of my specialties. I’ve been making them since college and they are the ONLY cure to hangovers. Well, I haven’t tried every rumored hangover cure in the world, but these are the best option if you ask me.
After a late night of indulging, which is 100% happening on NYE tomorrow, I’ll drag myself out of bed on the 1st and whip these up. Like I said, juice cleansing will have to wait until the 2nd. I haven’t met a juice that will sooth a headache quite like these nachos.
If you look up Hangover Nachos in a dictionary, I’m fairly certain that these will come up. And if they don’t well then I need to have a conversation with whoever writes those behemoth dictionary things.
Loaded with everything you could possible need to cure a hangover – these nachos will be your best friends come Jan 1! Cheese, salty chips, pickled jalapenos, refried beans, salsa, guacamole, chipotle crema and a FRIED EGG. omg I could literally go on forever. Whip up a batch, throw a fried egg on top and call it a day.
Wishing you all the happiest New Year celebration tonight!! Can’t wait to see ya’ll back here for some healthy eats next year! xoxo

I want some of these even without the hangover!
I won’t have a hangover, but I can still really get into these nachos! Seems like they would be perfect for any weekend!
Do you make these with homemade guac and refried beans? And where would one find chipotle crema (or an acceptable substitute)?
Yum! And they are gluten free and decadent!!!
Based on the hangovers I get now that I’m old, I’m going to need these for breakfast everyday at least until January 4th to cure me!
Yummo!! You can never have too many nacho recipes. Especially one that cures hangovers. Happy New Year!
These make me WANT to have a hangover just so I can eat them the “proper” way. Happy New Year!
I can definitely see why these would cure hangovers.
Haha, I seriously adore the name of these!! The perfect cure!!! Happy New Year sweet friend!! 🙂
These nachos sound and look like the perfect cure. Anything spicy and salty with a fried egg is a winning recipe in my book.
Happy new year Gaby! Wishing you a healthy and delicious 2014!
This is brilliant! I love the egg on top!
Seriously, anything with a fried egg on top is delicious in my book, but these do look incredible! Happy 2014!
I am with you here – I love a big plate of cheesy nachos after a night of drinking. Happy New Year Gaby :)!
Gaby this is genius. Happy New Year. xx
No hangover necessary! These look delish and your video was funny. Where do you find ‘chipotle crema’? Or do you make it yourself? Recipe? Thanks!
Just mix together some chipotle liquid from canned chipotle peppers and some sour cream!
