  1. We are not hosting this year (probably a good thing with the baby!) but I was just telling my husband I want to make a turkey for leftovers!! This is exactly what I’m talking about – loving the arugula pesto!

  2. The only reason to have turkey is for the leftovers! This looks smashing! Looking forward to Friday. And Saturday. And Sunday.

  3. Hello Gaby and best regards from Finland! I just found your faboulus book – I also love avocados! And your book was even translated in Finnish : )
I was eager to find some soup recipes as I only have one good recipe for avocado soup. But I could not find one! Couldn´t find from your website either. I would love to read your version of a avocado soup! : )
We do have avocados all year round here, but as we are “a bit” off the avocado farms the avocados tend to be rock hard when I buy them.
Great idea to write a book of this lovely ingredient!
    All the best to you!
    Kind regards,
    TiV

  4. A very happy Thanksgiving to you and your family from grey South Wales. I’m having a mini Thanksgiving here, to show solidarity with all my American friends.

  5. I might have missed the boat with this one post-Thanksgiving but it looks like a great sandwich for mellowing my Christmas cookie sugar rush.
