10 Easy Weeknight Meals

Jump to Recipe

Wanting to throw together an easy and delicious weeknight meal is something that just about everyone under the sun has in common. We all want something mouth watering at the end of the day, especially with kids going back to school and summer coming to an end! While I might not be a mom, I’m very familiar with putting a great meal on the table in basically no time flat. Being a private chef for 4 years gave me plenty of practice, sometimes kids (or husbands or yourselves for that matter) are starving NOW and dinner has got to be ready in a flash! And I’ve also had plenty of experience being that kid who wants to eat approximately 10 minutes ago. So I feel for all parties involved, no one likes to be hungry. And some combination of chicken, pasta and cheese is usually the answer.

I’ve rounded up 10 Easy Weeknight Meals that are my absolutely favoritesΒ (links below) and that are perfect for any time of year – especially right now during back to school season when we can all use a little extra flavor at the end of the day.

10 Easy Weeknight Meals from www.whatsgabycooking.com

  1. Guacamole Chicken Burgers
  2. Mexican Lasagna
  3. Mexican Shredded Chicken
  4. Goat Cheese and Shrimp Pasta
  5. Greek Chicken Stuffed Pitas
  6. Chicken Parmesan Pizza
  7. Spicy Peanut Noodles
  8. Red Pepper Pasta
  9. Lemon and Herb Chicken Moscato
  10. Turkey Spaghetti Bake

These are all tried and true favorites that I know you guys are going to love.

And for those of you who watched Breaking Bad last night… who on EARTH turns down table side guacamole? I can’t even handle that as a possibility in life – table side guac is a must. Other than that, last nights episode was so freaking good. Those writers are brilliant. I’m not sure how I’ll ever go on after this season wraps.

  1. Thanks for a great list! I want all the things!

Are you still a private chef? Did you love it/hate it? I’m considering it. I’m not sure how to proceed at this point, though. Thanks πŸ™‚

    1. I’m not anymore – but I absolutely LOVED it!!! Feel free to email me if you have any questions

  2. I made the Guacamole Chicken Burgers for dinner last night. I used ground turkey (which I had on hand) and made the recipe into 12 sliders. It was really yummy! My husband and daughter also loved this dinner. The burgers were extremely flavorful by themselves but the addition of guacamole is a real winner. Thanks for this easy, quick and delicious recipe.
