It’s time for my next installment of “Get to Know” and this time I’m talking to my all time favorite food stylist… Adam Pearson!

Not only did Adam food style my cookbook and a ton of recipes you see here on What’s Gaby Cooking, but he’s worked on projects with Food Network, Cooking Channel, Crate and Barrel, Whole Foods and Food + Wine to name a few…plus about a gazillion beautiful cookbooks. He’s one of my favorite people in the whole wide world and he’s hysterical! I’m pretty sure he can read my mind sometimes when it comes to food and we share a mutual love of pretty much every TV show on HBO, Showtime and Bravo! His food styling abilities seriously rock my world and I love everything that comes out of his kitchen.

  1. What a great profile! All the photos here and in your book are gorgeously styled–love Adam’s work (and yours!). LOL @ the rapidly vanishing Maldives…I gotta get on that, too.

Also, I ADORE Strangers with Candy and get so excited when other people have heard of it.

  2. Adam is awesome and the best food stylist out there! interesting to hear he views it as 90% problem solving. Okay then next time I hate my setup, I’m going to think, what should I change to solve this problem. Thank you for the tip 🙂

    Love this series, Gaby!

  3. Loving the interviews Gaby! Just found your blog through FoodGawker and I know Adam from when he works in Wisconsin!! Woot Woot!!

  4. I love the idea of painting ears of corn with more yumminess. I think everyone in my nest will agree…happy painting and feasting!
