Your site is phenomenal. I need to check out your book also…I am a huge avocado fan . Actually I eat 1/2-1 full avocado per day and I worry about this ๐
I emailed you regarding cleansing…no response but I understand you are very busy. You look stunningly beautiful and seem so positive and radiant. I am doing a 2-day mini juice cleanse from a pre-bought source (I know 3 days is meant to be ideal, but I could only get the nerve and money for 2 days so I HOPE that is okay…I’m not doing too well with the “precleanse diet” though….technically this is 2 days before the cleanse and I keep eating a lot of canned fish, whole eggs, added olive oils, lots of veggies and fruits too, but also stuff like mustard and dried nut/fruit bars and bananas and stuff…overloading. I HOPE this is okay…I am an emotional person I guess ๐
I am a bit worried about the cleanse cause the nutritionals show its basically all sugar and carbs …eek…but I feel I have to try. I guess. Not sure if I will make it ๐ Anyway, please do email me if you can…would love to ask more if you don’t mind. Thanks.
email again! I’ve been on the road so much I probably missed it!

THANK YOU FOR LINK TO TASTY KITCHEN, I’M GOING TO SURPRISE MY KIDS WITH THESE COOKIES.
These cookies truly are delicious. I made them a month ago when the true creator, Katie of Veggie and the Beast, posted it. I’m disappointed to see the lack of credit given to her on this site. I thought food bloggers were supposed to support each other. For those interested, here is a link to the original recipe: http://veggieandthebeastfeast.com/2013/05/21/dark-chocolate-peanut-butter-cup-pretzel-cookies/
Hi Anna,
Glad you liked Katie’s cookies. There actually is a link in the bottom of the post, maybe you missed it. Have a lovely day.
