I’ve been loading up on salads, all sorts of fruits and vegetables and juicing up a storm.  Because of that, and because I love you guys a LOT, and because it’s the weekend (yaaaas)… I thought we should do a big giant giveaway today! I’m teaming up with eBay to bring you $500 worth of goodies to add to your kitchen tools and keep your healthy resolutions going strong!

6 Tools To Help Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions on Track!

But before we get to that… here are my 6 picks for things to keep you on track from eBay’s New Chef + Eating Healthy Starter Kits, to continue to inspire you to pursue your passions in the New Year:

Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron Kitchen Skillet – there’s nothing better for pan-searing a protein than a cast iron skillet! Don’t you love that crispy skin on salmon or chicken? It’s the best! If you already use a cast iron skillet than you should make this chicken ASAP and if you don’t cook with one, START! It will change your life and your cooking.

Spiral Vegetable Slicer – ugh. My spiralizer is EVERYTHING. I can’t get enough of the zucchini or sweet potato noodles. If you don’t have one in your life, you haven’t lived! Some of my favorite recipes include this and this.

Omega VRT350 Dual-Stage Vertical Single Auger Low Speed Juicer I’ve been obsessed with juicing for the last 3 years and it’s the BEST way to cram all sorts of nutrients into your body! I mean, if you haven’t seen my juice cleanse post yet… here ya go

Vitamix 5300 – I mean who doesn’t want to whip up a beautiful smoothie every morning? It’s my favorite way to start the day!

Global 2 Piece Chef’s Starter Knife Set – I can’t STRESS the importance of good knives. I get my Globals sharpened every few months and it makes cooking and prepping food so much easier! Gotta have good knives for all those salads

PL8 Professional Mandoline – want to make those fantastic fruit and veggie ribbons in this salad then you need a mandoline in your life immediately!

  1. I’ve been substituting spiral cut vegetables for pasta this year but only have a manual cone shaped slicer. The spiral cutter would be a fabulous tool to have. I also grew up cooking in cast iron pans — great! — but don’t have one in my kitchen. That is the combination I would choose.

  2. I would love any of the great items but if I had to choose the Vitamix I would love to get into juicy especially the green smoothies a great way to get your greens in you to keep a person healthy.

  3. I would very much love aND appreciate the spiralizer and the juicer. Been wanting one for quite some time now. Good luck to everyone!

  4. I would LOVE to have a Vitamix for morning smoothies! My knives are difficult to sharpen at this point so those Global Knives would be an awesome replacement!

  5. Great site, I really want the Vitamix and knifes.

I’m new to your site and am looking forward to visiting it often.

    Thanks.

  6. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my hand spiralizer for a while now! And a new set of knives would just make my day 😀

  7. I would be grateful for any of the prizes! I have been dying for s Vitamix for years! Best of luck to all!

  8. Ummmm ALL of them!!!! These are all theeeeee best kitchen items ever, seriously digging the knives and vitamix though And your hummus recipe was amazing!!

  9. I have wanting a Vitamix for YEARS! I’m not sure if we’re supposed to tell you why we want to win, but just in case, here goes…

I (like many other people in the country) am trying to shed pounds. I have been wanting to lose weight, but never really found the motivation to do so. I joined Weight Watchers in October thinking I was probably around 360 lbs only to find out that I was in fact over 400 lbs. I am currently back in the 300’s but I’m trying to eat healthy along with exercise and a Vitamix would definitely help with that. I love watching your snapchat recipes and I’m so excited to try more of your recipes! Thanks for considering me. 🙂

  10. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyy!! Gaby! You da bomb!! I’d love knives! Juicer!! Cast iron! Ahh I can’t decide ☺️☺️

  11. I love that you’re doing this Gaby! Over the past couple months I’ve desperately been wanting a spiralizer. It would seriously help my motivation for healthy cooking and turn it much more creative and enjoyable. I mean, who doesn’t love noodles?! So what better way to turn vegetables into noodles (: A cast iron skillet would also be amazing. My mother has one, so whenever I visit I’m often using it. I love the crispy texture it gives to chicken or fish on the outside and how easy it is to transfer it from the stove to the oven to finish off the cooking. Two items I think everyone needs in their kitcken, for sure!

  12. Since I am all about keeping sharp, the Global 2 Piece Chef’s Starter Knife Set and PL8 Professional Mandoline!

  13. Can I just say that I want them all? Haha 🙂 no but really that juicer and cast iron skillet, mandolin and Spiralizer combo would be so awesome!

  14. I would love to have a vita mix. I have a ninja now and I know it does great but I have been saving up to get the big daddy. I know that it would take my pursuit of cooking healthier and better for my family to a whole new level.

  15. So hard to choose–they are all fantastic things! If I HAD to pick, either the Vitamix or Juicer would probably be my top 2!

  16. Love your blog so much, and it has even inspired me to start my own food blog. Would LOVE the Vitamix or the Global Knives. Thank you!!

  17. I’d love a good cast iron pan for browning tofu, scallops, and onions. I never seem to get it right in the Tfal pan I have. THanks, Linda

  18. Great contest! This takes the sting out of not winning Powerball…. 🙂
Gosh- it’s a toss-up for me between the mandoline (SO handy and doesn’t take up tons of space!) the juicer, plus I think my husband chucked my cast iron pan, (he doesn’t understand “seasoning”) so if I get to mix and match…
    Yay!
    Awesome.

  19. Got a gorgeous Cast Iron Skillet for Christmas. My daughter has a juicer, and she shares the recipes, I have a mandoline so it’s the spiralizer for me. I’ve been wanting one. Thanks for the giveaway! Good luck everyone!
