Absolutely Avocados…

is officially published and it’s all over the country, basically everywhere books are sold. I can’t believe the big day is finally here. I’m so pumped. Jazzed. Over the moon. And giddy! I will be at Barnes and Noble waiting for them to open their doors so I can run in and take pics of me and Absolutely Avocados 🙂 If you pre-ordered a copy it’s probably going to be dropped at your doorstep any hour now if it didn’t already show up early yesterday.

  19. Beautiful book! I got mine today! I’m making the bacon wrapped avocado slices with goat cheese tonight! I’m thinking about drizzling some reduced balsamic on them? We’ll see. I’ll let you know how they go! Thanks for creating!

  31. HOLY DELICIOUS. That croque monsieur is insane. Insane! Congrats, congrats. This is so exciting! And so delicious. Um, do you know how much I would freak out having a whole box of avocados at an arms reach? I think we eat at least 1 a day in my house.
