With Thanksgiving officially less than 2 weeks away, I thought I’d share my menu!
I won’t lie, I’ve had this planned since September. To put it mildly, I’m an obsessive planner. It’s just how my world turns.
I also like to plan ahead because we’re spending Thanksgiving at my parents house this year and while I am seriously so pumped because it’s my favorite place to visit, they don’t have every single kitchen appliance in the world like me. So planning ahead gives me plenty of time to figure out that I need to buy a certain kind of attachment for the food processor to make Thanksgiving run smoothly.
My Thanksgiving menu is filled with flavorful California inspired dishes that will knock your socks off and depending on how much you eat, perhaps the button on your pants. But really, isn’t Thanksgiving the reason they invented yoga pants? I’ll be wearing spandex for sure. No questions asked.
Let’s do it!
2. Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts
4. Roasted Heirloom Pumpkin and Squash
9. Gravy
All that’s missing is dessert – and that’s coming next week!
OMG, this all looks so good! I might have to steal your exact menu!
What an amazing feast this is going to be!
What a lineup! Everything looks so delicious, Gaby!
I just want to dive into everyone of those photos! Can’t wait for Thanksgiving!!!!
Okay Gaby, seriously I want to come for dinner now. I think I’ll take one of everything, and two helpings of that gorgeous stuffing. We tend to celebrate twice. I’m Canadian so we already had our Thanksgiving, but my thought is we’re so close to the border it makes us unofficial Americans. It’s just a ploy for more grub, but it works for me. xx
come on over!!
I was going to plan my menu this weekend but I might just straight up steal yours! Everything looks delish
awwwww thanks Jessica!

OK – I am totally stealing this menu! Can’t wait for dessert:)

Ok, I’m coming over for Thanksgiving π Love all of these recipes!!
I’m dying. I want every bite right now!!!
and you’re inviting the maynards, right? LOOKS FABULOUS! might have to steal some of these for our own menu!
I’m also coming over and I’m bringing my spandex, yoga pants, and spanx for good measure. And wine. π
Totally agree with wearing yoga pants! That is a requirement for sure. Love seeing what other people are planning for Thanksgiving. It gives me such inspiration. Thanks!
See you at 3 PM – with a fork!! π
Oh girl…I’m coming out to eat with you on Thanksgiving!! My mouth is watering…
And I’ve got my yoga pants ready (who am I kidding, I wear them every day π )
I have you ask you (or anyone!) I only have one oven – how on Earth do you time what to cook when so that it all is ready at the same time? I am totally challenged in this area. I guess the question would really be – “Gaby, what is your timeline for cooking your feast?” HELP!
ooooo great question!! I usually prep everything first thing in the morning, get the turkey started around noon – and then work on all the side dishes and desserts while the turkey is baking! Then when the turkey is done, I make the gravy, put finishing touches on the sides and serve everything!
While we are eating dinner – I bake the dessert!
