I just got back from the Wednesday Santa Monica farmers market and OMG this time of year is so exciting. We’ve got the best of citrus season and the spring produce in full effect. I couldn’t be more excited so naturally I put together the most incredible spring brunch menu that you can use all season long!
Here’s What’s on the Spring Brunch Menu:
SPRING COCKTAILS: MIMOSA BAR
Mimosas just feel right! No recipe needed. All you need is a few different kinds of juice, some bottles of prosecco and then fresh fruit for garnish if you’re feeling fancy! I used freshly squeezed orange juice, grapefruit juice and blood orange juice! If you can get your hands on fresh peach juice, consider yourself lucky!! It’s the perfect way to start a spring brunch!
APPETIZERS: BEET TZATZIKI
This Beet Tzatziki comes together in under 10 minutes! Serve it with all the crudités and you’ve got yourself the best brunch appetizer! I want to slather this on everything forever and ever! Bonus – if you have leftovers, it’s great on a piece of toast the next day for a quick and easy lunch
MAIN COURSE: TARTS
SPRING SALAD: FARMERS MARKET SALAD
And to round out the main course we absolutely need a Farmers Market Salad loaded with all the gorgeous citrus!
