  9. Gaby , you are so refreshing to listen to on your Instagram lives. I’m looking forward to trying some of your recipes. The photos you post look amazing and heathy-ish! To answer your question about problems in the kitchen, my dilemma is cooking a recipe but it’s just me so too many leftovers. I like it the first day or two but then it gets to be too much and I’m not a fan of freezing. Any tips on cooking the smaller quantities while retaining the big flavors?

    Congrats on the baby news.

  10. Looking forward to learning from your tips and trying your amazing recipes. My biggest issue when it comes to trying different recipes is buying ingredients that I don’t use often. It’s expensive and wasteful when I throw spices and other ingredients away. What can I do to be more efficient and less wasteful?

  11. Your recipes are creative and easy to replicate. I’m an above average home cook and need your perspective to inspire me. Haven’t seen anything from you I don’t love.

  12. I look forward to bringing the joy back into cooking. I like fresh wholesome tasty foods more towards lots of vegetables and meat as a condiment.
I gave heard such great things about your cooking style and ideas. Soups can be so satisfying during the winter season with some great salads.

  13. A friend bought your latest book…devine!!! I don’t eat meat but feel I could substitute with vege versions. We’re bringing the book to Florida with us this winter!! Can’t wait to try the recipes!

  14. My main interest is to be able to whip up healthy meals that use fresh ingredients, don’t take forever, and taste awesome not just ”healthy” that’s all. Were in our late fifties and have to watch our waistlines more even though we’re active. I love your cocktail recipes. Been using the watermelon punch both with tequila and with gin this summer. We like to have our cocktails wine and eat too! Thank you. Love the cucumber watermelon salad as well. Excited to start trying some of these fab recipes. Thank you.

  15. Gaby,
Thank you for making cooking fun and for sharing your wealth of information.

    Sincerely,
    Nancy Feeney

Me gustarĂa probar preparaciones nuevas !!
    Muchas gracias !!

  17. You have given me inspiration to cook new recipes again! I started cooking at age 12-13 and hit a block the past few years, but your recipes are so versatile and I can’t wait for more of your creations!! Thank you!

  18. Hi Gaby,
I love your recipes! My biggest challenge is planning an easy meal when I am newly gluten and dairy free. Seems difficult to be creative. Thank you for your fabulous posts!

  19. Gaby,
I just purchased your Lemon Pepper Parmesan spice and cannot wait to make Cacio e Pepe.
    Loving all your spice mixtures.

  20. You asked in your first message for my biggest issue. My daughter, for health reasons, has gone gluten free. It is amazing what a workaround this one change does to your menu planning, shopping etc. My sister-in-law gave me one of your recipes and I became a fan. Looking forward to trying many more recipes!

  21. So I just started a gig a a private chef. It’s only for 2, One has blood cancer and the other heart issues. So creating different menus that are healthy and satisfying. Just curious what types of things you did.

  22. Dear Gabby, I’ve always loved to cook for family and friends. Cooking with love they call it! What I am learning from your recipes though has changed my whole thought process on how to use and combine flavors for unexpected flavor experiences not only for myself but also for my family. I cannot wait to continue trying your recipes. With much gratitude and appreciation!

  23. I get stuck in a routine and need some good recipes that will please both me and my husband. Don’t want to break the bank, but need to get out of a rut!

    Thanks!!!

  24. My number one issue when it comes to cooking is that coming from Phoenix, AZ and moving to Omaha, NE, I like spices, savory foods, and flavor, the natives like bland food and for flavor they just add vinegar and sugar. They think my cooking is funky and I think theirs is either bland or just plain nasty. Where is the happy medium?

  25. After years of cooking for a family, it’s now just my husband and I. I always ask what he wants for dinner, but it’s usually up to me.
Also, since the pandemic, I haven’t entertained. I’d like to do that again but not even sure where to start!

  26. I loved your vegetarian chili. You were on the Today show. I’m always trying to find tasty recipes that are heart healthy

  27. I am making the best chocolate chip cookies and the ingredient list says chocolate chips and the instructions say add the chocolate discs. Can either be used or is one better than the other?
    Thank you,
    Tracy

  28. Loved the white fish with white beans, tomatoes and wine. My friend introduced me to Gaby recently and I am “all-in”
Being a fairly fablous cook myself….I dabble with online experts but this is the FIRST I have signed up to follow.

  29. I’m trying to find your lemon champagne vinaigrette recipe that you had on your Insta live the other night. Can’t find it anywhere. I’m trying to make it this week. Any chance you could send it ASAP? Thank you
