I have this bothersome allergy to avocados which sucks since I love guacamole. I always risk it though and have a little if I go out!

My love of guacamole doesn’t quite match yours, but it is so wonderful to sit outside with fresh guac and some chips, and enjoy the evening. I will try adding cilantro – another favorite. Thanks Gaby!
I love love love guacamole! In fact, I just made my own last night and had some leftover for lunch. I make mine a little differently, but yours does look awesome too! I may have to test out your version for my boyfriend who is a wee bit obsessed with jalapeños. Thanks for sharing!

I love guacamole too! I like mine with red onion, cilantro, lime and jalepenos. Sometimes tomatoes too. I love it with chips, on a sandwich or over grilled chicken.
