Given the opportunity to eat at a few food trucks or have a gourmet dining experience, I’m almost ALWAYS going to go for the food trucks!! It gives you such a great peek into the cities food culture and it also doesn’t break the bank!

Gaby's Guide to Food Trucks

I’ve been lucky enough to travel around the country a lot the last few years, so today I’m rounding up some of my all time FAVORITE food trucks across the states. I’ve hit up almost every major city and some highlights include the most epic doughnuts known to man in Austin, the best poutine in Columbus, epic tacos here in Los Angeles and seriously one of the best meals in my life in Marfa, Texas. Hop on over to SheKnows for the full list + links and if you ever find yourself in one of these cities… by all means… GO!

And if I missed something – feel free to shout it out in the comments!! I’m ready!

  1. So cool! I’m in Seattle and the first time I saw the Maximus/Minimus I was like, “what is THAT??!” Food trucks really are a great way to experience a city’s food culture.

  2. I need to plan a road trip just so I can visit the country’s best food trucks! I’m definitely saving this guide for future reference!

  3. Love this!! I am a food truck addict – I have made a goal to hit up every food truck in Utah, and I’m having a blast doing it. I have had the doughnuts in Austin (heavenly), but I’m marking this list for any trip I take in the future!
