Well its safe to say that I have been keeping a HUGE secret from you guys for the past few weeks since summer started! And today… omg today… I finally get to share it with you and I am so freaking excited I can’t even contain myself. I mean I am so excited that I ate about 100 chocolate chip cookies this morning because I was just waiting around to make my announcement (you think I’m kidding… I’m not). Which was so not good for my bikini’s that are hiding in my closet somewhere. But what are ya gonna do?!
And… because I am so excited to make this announcement I am having a little giveaway on What’s Gaby Cooking. But let’s get to that later… I have important news to share!

Gaby, You did fantastic! Awesome job and that mac ‘n cheese looks to die for!
Made me want to jump up and make mac and cheese and I just finished eating lunch. Your clear directions make this easier than finding the glow in the dark box of mac and cheese. You know the powdered stuff that Emilee and Ali and maybe Anya used to make.
Wow. So beautiful. You can tell you are doing what you love and with what you love…FOOD!!
Yipee Skipee!!
Hey Gaby,
I thought that you were calm and natural and made it seem really easy! I have a cheese-biz so i love me my cheese …and over pasta….ahhhhh. thanks for the recipe. -Paige Handler cheesehandler.com

What a wipper-snapper you are! You think it and phoof, it’s done. Your energy seems amazing. I can’t wait to see what you put your mind to next! And.. I love your eye and your photographs. Congrats on your blog. And, like Charlene said, thanks for the opportunity to win.
Gaby, Congrats!!! Awesome job!!! Looks delish!!! Thanks for the giveaway!!!
One to ten, I’m giving you a ten. That was a LOT of info packed into a really quick video, but not so fast that it didn’t work, cause it did, perfectly! I LOVE THAT RECIPE! (I give the recipe a ten, too.) You’re energetic and confident and personable. You make that roux look really easy (which it really is but people always seem to have trouble with a roux) and the finished product looks divine. Congratulations on your new gig, I think you’ll be very successful.
Bookmarked, and I’m coming back for more.
/the cookies ….with, or without nuts? 😉
methinks you’re a natural! very relaxed, which is key (and something i would NOT be…). 🙂
I made this today. The creamiest mac and cheese ever. And you are a natural!
I love you!!!!
GO GABY!!! Loved the vid and the recipe – can’t wait for more… oh and please can you let me win because I am in need for one of these gadgets – seriously! Lucy xxx
It’s really good. I was looking forward to seeing the shot where you cut into the dish and a side angle of the mac and cheese.
Nice! You look very relaxed 🙂 And I didn’t know about the crusty topping on mac and cheese, so one thing I learned today, thanks!
Your video was fantastic, you seemed very much at ease and keep my attention. Good luck with your new gig. I love how Good Bites splits the videos. Oh and the Mac and cheese, it is on the menu this week. Thanks
YAY!!! 🙂 You made it all look easy. I love that you gave options for people to use what they have or prefer. I can’t wait to make it! Mac and cheese is a staple food.. I mean, comfort food, haha.
Congratulations Gaby! I watched this at 7:00 in the morning and wanted to fix it for breakfast! You did a great job!
Mmmm, looks tasty, and you make it all so clear and simple. Somebody should give you a show on tv =)
That’s really the easiest Mac and Cheese Recipe that isn’t out of the box that I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing all the tips! Congrats on being a host! Exciting, keep it coming! 🙂
great easy recipe! and even better video! congratulations! keep the good work up!
Congratulations! I loved your recipe, and I am not generally keen on serving Mac& Cheese! C’est pour dire!
Just found your site. love your video for making mac and cheese. I have been on a quest to find a flavorful, creamy and quick mac and cheese. I’ve tried many and this one looks like the winner! Can’t wait to make it. Thanks
You did an awesome job. I had not made home made Mac-N-Cheese, since my children were little. I had forgotten how. Watching you making the roux, brought it all back to me. I liked the topping you made for it. Now, I will make it for my grandchildren!!
