  1. Gaby, U R a wonder-cook, this is is awesome, easy, and looks very delicious!!

And I congratulation U from the bottom of my heart!!!!!

  2. Made me want to jump up and make mac and cheese and I just finished eating lunch. Your clear directions make this easier than finding the glow in the dark box of mac and cheese. You know the powdered stuff that Emilee and Ali and maybe Anya used to make.

  3. Wow. So beautiful. You can tell you are doing what you love and with what you love…FOOD!!
    Yipee Skipee!!

  9. What a wipper-snapper you are! You think it and phoof, it’s done. Your energy seems amazing. I can’t wait to see what you put your mind to next! And.. I love your eye and your photographs. Congrats on your blog. And, like Charlene said, thanks for the opportunity to win.

  10. One to ten, I’m giving you a ten. That was a LOT of info packed into a really quick video, but not so fast that it didn’t work, cause it did, perfectly! I LOVE THAT RECIPE! (I give the recipe a ten, too.) You’re energetic and confident and personable. You make that roux look really easy (which it really is but people always seem to have trouble with a roux) and the finished product looks divine. Congratulations on your new gig, I think you’ll be very successful.

Bookmarked, and I’m coming back for more.

    /the cookies ….with, or without nuts? 😉

  19. Just found your site. love your video for making mac and cheese. I have been on a quest to find a flavorful, creamy and quick mac and cheese. I’ve tried many and this one looks like the winner! Can’t wait to make it. Thanks

  20. You did an awesome job. I had not made home made Mac-N-Cheese, since my children were little. I had forgotten how. Watching you making the roux, brought it all back to me. I liked the topping you made for it. Now, I will make it for my grandchildren!!
