It’s no secret that carbs are the bottom, middle, and top of my food pyramid, so when it comes to rice and pasta recipes, I always believe that more is more. Between fried rice, pasta salad, pasta bakes, rice casseroles, and every combination of gooey, cheesy, saucy, starchy goodness in between, we’ve pretty much got all the basic food groups covered!
