Absolutely Avocados Cookbook Trailer

Jump to Recipe

You guys. Absolutely Avocados comes out in less than 2 months. Whaaaaat? How did this happen. Time has seriously flown by and I’m super excited! A few weeks back we filmed a little cookbook promo video trailer type thingy and I wanted to share it here today 🙂

The last 2 seconds are basically the story of my life.

Yipeeeee! What did ya think?

Absolutely Avocados comes out mid-April, but you’re more than welcome to pre-order it now so it will be on your doorstep the second it’s released!

  1. Nice job on the trailer!! Will have to add your book to my cookbook collection which has seriously gotten out of control!! Love avocados with a passion as well! Your blog is on my “Reader” and have made many of your recipes. Thanks for all of them!!!

  2. You are so beautiful! I thought I already commented on this, but I can’t see my comment, so here goes again…I already ordered your book on Amazon and can’t wait to get it! I found your site through Matt’s book on food photography for bloggers, and now I’m set out to make a gluten-free version of all my favorite recipes of yours (first attempt at GF slutty brownies was a bomb, but it’s coming along). I also made your italian meatballs and subbed the breadcrumbs for crushed rice chex cereal. It didn’t work. Do you know any alternatives to breadcrumbs that will work in meatballs?
Thanks for the great recipes, Gaby.

    1. Hey Michelle! Thank you for your sweet comment! It just made my night 🙂

In terms of GF breadcrumbs… I’ve seen some varieties at the market before. Have you tried any of those? Not sure where you live, but in California we have a chain called Ralphs that has some gf options – maybe those would work? I’ll ask around – and if I find any good tips I’ll send them your way!

      Have a great night 🙂

    2. Thanks for your reply and offer to help out with the breadcrumbs 🙂 I live in the boonies of Wisconsin with not much available as far as specialty stores, but Amazon is my best friend and lifesaver these days. I just hoped that maybe a more convenient option was available. I’m going to try half potato flour and half crushed corn cereal next time. I’ll let you know when I have success!
      Thanks again!
      Michelle

  3. Not me watching this and missing your old kitchen!! I mean, the new kitchen is stunning… but I remember watching your lives/videos from here and it’s giving me all the warm fuzzies. Love you!
