Iced Matcha Latte
My fav way to start the day - an oat milk Iced Matcha Latte. You can use any kind of milk you prefer - dairy, almond, soy, hemp etc! I just like oat the best and I like how it froths!

- 2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 cup warm water
- crushed ice
- 1 cup milk of your choice (I prefer oat milk)
If you want to be super precise, sift the matcha into a large mug or small bowl. Full transparency, I don't do this most days. Pour in 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk until the matcha has fully incorporated into the water and creates a paste.
Pour in the remaining 1/2 cup of water and whisk to combine.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the milk. Pour the matcha over the ice/milk and stir to combine. Enjoy responsibly (aka not at 4pm in the afternoon bc if you're like me, that will keep you awake at night)
