Avocado, Prosciutto and Melon Salad

Ingredients

honeydew melon
sliced thinly
1/2
cantaloupe
sliced thinly
A few springs of fresh chives
cut into pieces
A few basil leaves
1
teaspoon
fresh lemon juice
3-4
ounces
thinly sliced prosciutto
torn into pieces
1
avocado
cut into thin wedges
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine the honeydew, cantaloupe, chives, basil and lemon juice in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Arrange the fruit on a platter and drape the proscuitto over the melons and the carefully place the avocado around the top.
Top with a few twists of some freshly cracked black pepper and serve.
