cooked lentils

roasted red bell pepper

tablespoons
feta cheese

tablespoons
chopped mint leaves

olive oil

Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper as needed and serve with pita chips, celery or carrot sticks.
