Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 3 roasted red bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp McCormick Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp McCormick Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp McCormick Ground cumin
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes - just until fragrant. Set aside.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Adjust seasoning if needed
