Moroccan Tomato Salad

Ingredients

large yellow onion finely chopped

large tomatoes
seeded and finely chopped

english cucumber
peeled and finely chopped
1
red bell pepper
seeded and finely chopped

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
chopped parsley
3
tablespoons
chopped chives
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl combine all the ingredients together and keep in the fridge until ready to serve . Serve cold.
(Can be refrigerated for 3-4 hours)
