If you didn\u2019t participate&nbsp;the <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/introducing-the-wgc-cooking-club\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">last two month<\/a>s&nbsp;\u2013 here\u2019s the gist of it. WGC Cooking Club is a fun way to bring everyone together virtually. Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Each month, I\u2019ll choose one seasonal What\u2019s Gaby Cooking Recipe! Something delish and easy.<\/li><li>All you have to do is make the specific recipe anytime during the month, snap a picture of it, and email it to&nbsp;me with the subject line #WGCCookingClub at&nbsp;mail@whatsgabycooking.com&nbsp;by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month.&nbsp;<strong>For this month, the deadline will be 11:59 PM on August 31st.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>By sending your picture to&nbsp;<strong>mail@whatsgabycooking.com<\/strong>, you\u2019ll be entered to win a prize. This month we\u2019re giving away another&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.all-clad.com\/d3-stainless-3-ply-bonded-cookware-set-10-piece-set.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow sponsored\">10-piece All Clad set<\/a><strong>!<\/strong>&nbsp;For a bonus entry, post your photo to your instagram feed (must be public for me to find it) and tag @<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/whatsgabycookin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow sponsored\">whatsgabycookin<\/a>&nbsp;in the photo, in the caption and hashtag it with #WGCCookingClub.<\/li><li>At the end of each month, we will announce a randomly selected winner and share all your photos on the website! You\u2019ll also be able to check them out on instagram for those of you using that as an extra entry.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>August Recipe:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re keeping it rolling as far as summer produce goes with a very festive summer corn recipe &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/mexican-corn-and-quinoa-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Avocado Corn and Quinoa Salad<\/a>.\u00a0It&#8217;s the name of the game this month! We\u2019re celebrating all the corn, my love of avocados, and of course a little cheese. Feel free to make substitutions as needed. If you can\u2019t find quinoa, use rice or farro.
