There are times when I spend HOURS pouring over the menu and what I want to make &#8211; and time and time again I find myself\u00a0doing this exact spread! It&#8217;s gorgeous, not terribly labor intensive and fun! Beyond easy!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/persimmon-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">persimmon salad with cilantro and pomegranate seeds<\/a>\u00a0honestly one of the most incredible salads of all times\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/pistachio-crusted-rack-of-lamb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pistachio crusted rack of lamb<\/a>\u00a0not complicated one bit but looks majorly impressive<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/the-best-mashed-potatoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mascarpone mashed potatoes<\/a>\u00a0the BEST potatoes of all times\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/triple-layer-pumpkin-chocolate-chip-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pumpkin chocolate chip cake with a vanilla frosting<\/a>\u00a0a complete show stopper!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There ya go!! The cheese plate can be prepped ahead. The squash can be done ahead too!! The persimmon salad is best when tossed together right before serving, but you can prep everything earlier in the day so you&#8217;re less stressed. The lamb is EASY but you should do that close to dinner time. The potatoes can be made the morning of the dinner party &#8211; just reheat them over low heat when you&#8217;re ready for dinner and\u00a0don&#8217;t add the chives until it&#8217;s time to serve! And lastly &#8211; that cake!!! It can be made the day before! So all in all, easy right?
