I&#8217;d do just about anything they told me to do unless it involved sheer cliffs and heights &#8211; that&#8217;s where I draw the line. (and you all know how much I love a sauce) There are the traditional sauces that David Chang serves and then there is the Matt + Adam + Gaby spin which involves <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/best-guacamole-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">guacamole<\/a>. Naturally. So buckle up &#8211; we threw a killer Bo Ssam Dinner Party a while back! Transfer each to a small bowl and top with plastic wrap.<\/li>\n<li>Chill white wine<\/li>\n<li>Make the salad dressing for the Ginger Soy Herb Salad and refrigerate<\/li>\n<li>Start cooking the pork. It will cook for 6 hours before it&#8217;s done, so plan on putting it into the oven 6ish hours before your guests arrive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Afternoon of (sometime between 1pm \u2013 3pm)<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Make the Sesame Noodle Salad dressing and prep all the vegetables. Cook the pasta and rinse with cold water. Transfer everything to the fridge and keep until ready to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Right before guests arrive:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pop the white rice in a rice cooker to cook. Don&#8217;t open the lid until ready to serve.<\/li>\n<li>Toss ingredients together for the salad<\/li>\n<li>Transfer store bought kimchi into a serving vessel.<\/li>\n<li>Toss the pasta with water to break it up if needed and then drain. Toss with the dressing and vegetables and transfer to a serving platter.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the pork from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Before you sit down for dinner:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/bo-ssam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ginger Scallion Sauce<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/bo-ssam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ssam Sauce<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/bo-ssam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Korean BBQ Sauce<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/best-guacamole-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Guacamole<\/a> + <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/pico-de-gallo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pico de Gallo<\/a> from the plastic wrap and transfer to table.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange lettuce cups on a serving platter with charred tortillas<\/li>\n<li>Dress the salad<\/li>\n<li>Serve everything and enjoy!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone
