I\u2019ve had a long-standing love affair with Williams-Sonoma<\/a>. Some girls get really excited when the September issue of Vogue shows up in the mail, or their monthly subscription from their wine club\u2026 I on the other hand get pumped every time that Williams Sonoma catalog shows up in my mailbox. The photography, the products, the stories, the recipes\u2026 I CAN\u2019T GET ENOUGH! Spending a few days with them last year<\/a> was ah-mazing and included a little shopping excursion at their Sonoma store!<\/p>\n

As we start to ramp up the \u201cObsessed\u201d section here on What\u2019s Gaby Cooking\u2026 I figured we should all start with some great kitchen gadgets – which, by the way, double as excellent Valentine\u2019s Day gifts!! Thomas (if you\u2019re reading this) I already own all of these except the glassware – so I\u2019ll just take a WS gift card for that and a box of chocolate and maybe a few dozen flowers \ud83d\ude42 Here we go\u2026.<\/p>\n

1 – ANYTHING you put in the Fortessa Coupe Serving Bowl<\/a> looks incredible. Trust me. See the scampi above which is coming to the blog soon!
\n2 – Global – my favorite knife set<\/a> of all times. Period. End of discussion.
\n3 – Wouldn\u2019t it be cute to change your bar cart vibes every season? I think so – use this cart<\/a> as your base and then jazz it up with various colors depending on the season.
\n4 – Quite possibly the most instagram friendly loaf pan<\/a> in the world.  Expect a few dozen lemon loafs coming out of my kitchen this spring.
\n5 – And this is perhaps the chicest dutch oven<\/a> of all times.
\n6 – All-Clad is my forever love when it comes to cookware<\/a>.
\n7 – Easily the best spatula<\/a> in the world. I now own 5.
\n8 – I want to toss all the glassware we got for our wedding and replace it with Schott Zwiesel Pure Stemware Collection<\/a>. It\u2019s chic and I\u2019m obsessed. Can you imagine having an aperol spritz in this in a few months? YES PLEASE
\n9 – Only the best toaster<\/a> of all times – and one day I\u2019ll have enough people over for breakfast to actually use all 4 slots. Until then, I just feel fancy.
\n10 – Thomas swears by this coffee maker<\/a> – that’s his responsibility in the kitchen, I just reap the rewards.<\/p>\n
