It\u2019s been a stop on numerous road trips, our destination of choice for a few weekend getaways, and my dad has the occasional business meeting there so naturally I always invite myself. I\u2019m a great daughter like that \ud83d\ude42&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t live in the area, you could fly into LAX or Santa Barbara, snag a rental car and be on your way. The drive is easy and gorgeous as you wind your way up a mountain before getting to Ojai which is tucked into the cutest valley that literally has pink and purple sunsets on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">So next time you\u2019re looking for a weekend getaway &#8211; do it Ojai style!! We go for breakfast\/brunch every single time we visit and the breakfast tacos are not to be missed. The food was epic &#8211; do not skip the wings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/xcQh4mRgkd1agqNh7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ojai Tortilla House<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>&#8211; Some of the very best tacos around the area!! Go snag a sampler and find a seat somewhere nearby!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ojairotie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ojai Rotie<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; An entire restaurant dedicated to rotisserie chicken &#8211; I THINK SO!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ed3e41;font-size:16px;letter-spacing:2px\"><strong>DINNER:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/theonlygoodpizza.com\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ojai Pizza Co<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; BEST PIZZA IN THE AREA!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lafuenteojai.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Fuente<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Mexican food! It\u2019s a mixture of farmers, florists and some pre-made food and it happens every single Sunday! (Rain or shine!)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ojaioliveoil.com\/visit-our-farm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ojai Olive Oil<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; I\u2019m all about an olive oil tasting and Ojai Olive Oil is the place to do it! Sample everything they make, starting with olive oil and then move on over to their infused vinegars. Grab a few bottles before you head home because you\u2019ll be sorry if you leave empty handed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dekorliving.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deKor &amp; Co<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Home decor shopping with some incredible scented candles!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.figojai.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fig Curated Living<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; More shopping &#8211; tons of cute kitchen things!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ojaivalleyinn.com\/spa-ojai?gclid=Cj0KCQjwpImTBhCmARIsAKr58cwHwJZ3BJA9vCJXnCV3NU0KaS29vepQhvWw-WNyH2LGpEAV6R7VSBUaAl70EALw_wcB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Spa at Ojai Valley Inn<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Ojai Valley Inn is one of my favorite places to stay in Ojai! The hotel is incredible and the spa is even better! They&#8217;re the ones that first introduced me to Osea products. The rooms are bright and gorgeous, their cheese plates are top notch and you\u2019ll probably never want to leave the property. Between the pools, the gardens and the golf course, it\u2019s basically everything you could ever ask for in a resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thacherhouse.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Thacher House<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Thacher House is well off the beaten path but that&#8217;s what makes it incredibly special!
