What happens when 3 food professionals get together and throw the ultimate backyard fiesta? Magic. You guys are going to freak!<\/h2>\n

Matt<\/a>\u00a0and Adam<\/a>\u00a0are not only 2 of my very best friends, but they are also my favorite people to collaborate with. Whether we\u2019re working on images for What\u2019s Gaby Cooking, traveling the world exploring new food scenes, or shooting an outdoor dinner party\u2026 it makes work so much more fun when they are involved!<\/p>\n

Recently Williams-Sonoma<\/a>\u00a0asked me to throw the ultimate West Coast Cantina Party and I was like\u2026. ummmmm DONE! Have you met me? I love a Mexican themed party because it means that eating 3 pounds of guacamole in one sitting is considered socially acceptable and margaritas are mandatory. After shopping on the Williams-Sonoma website until my heart\u2019s content (have you seen these insanely amazing dinner plates<\/a> \u2013 I died) I checked out using their new Visa Checkout option which takes basically zero time and makes checkout way easier and totally secure (for someone who does a LOT of shopping online, it\u2019s the best thing since sliced bread!). Anything that involves fewer clicks is basically my idea of heaven!<\/p>\n

I set a date, invited my nearest and dearest and Matt, Adam and I went to town creating what was going to be the perfect evening. The full menu consisted of chips, salsa<\/a> and guacamole<\/a>, grilled\u00a0corn with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of cotija, skinny margaritas<\/a>, spicy shrimp tostadas<\/a> and watermelon jicama salad<\/a>. It was the perfect meal, the perfect setting and (bonus!) perfectly healthy!!<\/p>\n
