In order to prepare we each had to make our own puff pastry, with 6 turns, at home&#8230; which is not a quick and easy process! It requires a lot of time and work but homemade puff pastry is significantly better than the store bought! Everything we made was really delicious&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Filet de Truite en Croute, or Trout with a Salmon and Scallop Mousse wrapped in Puff Pastry was served with a classic Buerre Blanc<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5353150479395266562\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Sko1_7GRIAI\/AAAAAAAABIw\/Hf-U_jZCheM\/s400\/IMG_2668.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nHere is the whole fish, fins, gills, eye and all&#8230; so cute huh!<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5353150473055949570\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 236px;\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Sko1_je20wI\/AAAAAAAABIo\/gWuDjCAMi2I\/s400\/IMG_2684.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nSmoked Turkey, Cheese and Pepper Pithivier aka the most fabulous dish ever made in puff pastry.
