What do you think? Do you love it! We are still in the process of tweaking a few things but I couldn&#8217;t let another day go by without sharing my Culinary School Adventures from this week. She is wonderful, fabulous, creative and knows a heck of a lot more about programming these website than I will ever know!<\/p>\n<p>Culinary school this week was all about classic desserts! It was fun to make some of the pastries that I have seen on my travels around Europe and also classic baked good that always appear around the holidays!<\/p>\n<p>We made Classic Cream Puffs with Caramel Sauce. The dough is made of Pate a Choux and we piped Pastry cream into the center.<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345725634871765986\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Si_VJF07K-I\/AAAAAAAAA_c\/EBOXUhaOJZ0\/s400\/IMG_2321.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nThese swans were also made of the Pate a Choux and the bodies were stuffed with pastry cream and fresh berries.<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345725630060330514\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Si_VIz5yfhI\/AAAAAAAAA_U\/k0scWUouG2Q\/s400\/IMG_2312.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nOkay so its not quite Christmas but there is no reason why we can start getting ready! This Buche de Noel was simple delicious! This was made from a Sponge Sheet cake that we rolled right after taking it out of the oven and then topped with a Rum Chocolate Butter Cream and decorated with Mushroom Meringues.<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345725624751962194\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 257px;\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Si_VIgILOFI\/AAAAAAAAA_M\/mB9gRyrys04\/s400\/IMG_2313.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nI mean how freaking adorable are those mushrooms&#8230; and if you want you can eat them&#8230; all it consists of is egg whites, lemon juice and sugar!<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5345725618023375458\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Si_VIHD9ImI\/AAAAAAAAA_E\/U258bRoe2T8\/s400\/IMG_2306.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nThese Profiteroles were stuffed with vanilla ice cream and topped with a homemade Chocolate Sauce&#8230; simple delicious!<br \/>\n<img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4504\" title=\"Profiterols\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2299.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\nWe also made Cheese Puffs filled with Rosemary, Gruyere and Parmesan and a hint of Cayenne Pepper&#8230; but those disappeared so fast I wasn&#8217;t able to snap a quick pic!<\/p>\n<p>Next week is all about Game Identification and Preparation!
