Did I mention pasta? The amount of carbs I consumed cannot even be described and it will take at least 72 million hours of spin class to burn them all off! Pasta is and has always been one of my favorite foods. Whether it be macaroni and cheese (yes, from the box) or some fancy designer pasta at Spago&#8230; I am a sucker for pasta. We made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alfredo<\/li>\n<li>Carbonara<\/li>\n<li>Pomodoro<\/li>\n<li>Marinara<\/li>\n<li>Pesto<\/li>\n<li>Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce<\/li>\n<li>Puttanesca<\/li>\n<li>Clam Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And then we did what any sensible person would do&#8230; we, my fabulous classmates and I, made 20 different kinds of pasta combo&#8217;s with all the different sauces as well as a slew of different veggies and toppings. Whew&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>And here is the most exciting news of the whole day, possibly the whole month&#8230; the most important day of the year is coming up in less than 2 weeks&#8230; MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!! June 1st&#8230; it&#8217;s exciting!
