Since we weren&#8217;t doing any recipes that required long amounts of cooking time we were able to sit down and all eat at the same time rather than wrapping up most of the food and bringing it home.<\/p>\n<p>Here is what we made this week&#8230;<br \/>\nLoin of Lamb with a Touch of Garlic and Roquefort Cream Sauce<img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4268\" title=\"Lamb Chops\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.afterhoursagency.com\/wgc\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_1619.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/>It was prepared two ways with two different types of lamb. One domestic and one from New Zealand. And how gorgeous is that Tian under the meat?<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5327269475619266610\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Se5DXO0RYDI\/AAAAAAAAAqc\/-MkKhxpmCH4\/s400\/IMG_1615.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nVeal and Pork Scallops with Marsala Sauce, Sauteed Garden Vegetables and Potatoes Gratin. This was by far my favorite dish of the evening&#8230; we did both veal and pork to show the different in flavor&#8230; I think they were both amazing. The Marsala sauce was to die for&#8230; and I am making it again this week for company on Wednesday night. The potatoes were baked with Gruyere Cheese, milk, cream and butter. So they definitely weren&#8217;t bikini friendly but they were delicious!<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5327269464897242514\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Se5DWm38RZI\/AAAAAAAAAqU\/4tUwd4efG4Q\/s400\/IMG_1608.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nGrilled Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Warm Chipotle Salsa! ummm&#8230; so delicious and spicy! If you&#8217;re not a fan of spice then this dish probably wouldn&#8217;t be for you but it was yummy!<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5327269462783230402\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Se5DWe_7AcI\/AAAAAAAAAqM\/iz06sNE1NM0\/s400\/IMG_1613.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nPork with Apples in Port Wine Sauce. This classic French dish is served over Endive which cuts the richness of the sauce. Serve a little bread to soak up the sauce and this is fantastic!<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5327269457508847746\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Se5DWLWaUII\/AAAAAAAAAqE\/EY7ZVMVGSx8\/s400\/IMG_1605.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nChocolate Souffle with Kahlua, Creme Anglaise, Chocolate Ganache and Whipped Cream. This was amazing&#8230; and if you have never had a souffle then you haven&#8217;t lived. These were light and so delicious and they will be showing up freqently in my house from now on \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<img id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5327269450448966946\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 346px; height: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_JUykbAy3qkM\/Se5DVxDNFSI\/AAAAAAAAAp8\/2bz_wOMZMr8\/s400\/IMG_1627.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/>Such a good class and I was sufficiently stuffed after I left.
