I literally cannot get enough!<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">You\u2019ll also know that I\u2019ve recently been in Florida visiting my grandparents. And I <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/knTLRrHXkG\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stole one of their pans<\/a>. I couldn\u2019t help it, it was copper, gorgeous, big and it needed to be in my life. I guess I didn\u2019t really steal it, because I asked first, but needless to say it\u2019s not living in Los Angeles and it\u2019s very happy in its new home.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Garlic Roasted Mushroom Salad\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.whatsgabycooking.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Garlic-Roasted-Mushroom-Salad1.jpg\" alt=\"Garlic Roasted Mushroom Salad\" width=\"870\" height=\"1305\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Since then, I\u2019ve been making an effort to cook just about everything I make in it. So pan-roasting just about every ingredient has been on the agenda. This Garlic Roasted Mushroom Salad has made frequent appearances and seriously couldn\u2019t be more delicious or easier! It\u2019s a one-pot side dish made up of roasted mushrooms that are doused in really good quality olive oil, plenty of garlic, kosher salt and pepper and then topped with arugula once it\u2019s cooked! How easy is that?
