    1. Kroger/citymarket brand green salsa is good on enchiladas like this recipe. You may be surprised to find tomatillos still! Saw them yesterday at Walmart in Colorado.

  1. I have hosted Thanksgiving for 30 years. I thought my stuffing was the best until I made your Mushroom Stuffing. My family went crazy over it, and I had to make it again the next day for leftover dinner because it was all gone! I added green peppers and grated carrots just for color. It was delicious. Thanks Gaby. I will make it every year.
